The founders of Scratch “set out to create a menu based around delicious cuts of bacon.” They could have stopped right there, but instead, they created a full breakfast-inspired, scratch-made menu. Keep it simple with the American Classic breakfast, which includes eggs, home fries, toast, and pork belly or sausage. Pork belly, sausage, corned beef, and more are house-made, of course. The Tiramisu Pancakes are two classics twisted together. Finish the meal with the Deep Fried Oreos because you can.

The colors are bright and the flavors are big at their location inside the Sauce the City Food Hall. Twisted Taino plans soon to open a full-service restaurant in Parma. Their brunch items include Blueberry Waffles with Puerto Rican Coquito Eggnog Syrup and coconut flakes. Their version of French toast starts with a bath of coconut milk and ends with pecans, coconut flakes, and guava syrup.

Prosperity Social Club

This blue collar bar has been operating in the working-class neighborhood of Tremont since 1938. Brunch could include a boilermaker with a raw egg in it. Prosperity Social Club stays true to its Polish roots by offering Pierogi and Kielbasa with eggs, bacon, and cheddar for Sunday Brunch. They show their culinary range with specialties like Spicy Tofu Tacos and Wake-Up Call Empanadas with andouille sausage, eggs, and tequila-lime Pico.
