I was getting a CEL on my 2016 Kia Forte. I took it in on Feb 19 2025. I was assured that everything would be taken care of under warranty, even the rental car. On the 28th I picked the car up, on the way home the CEL light came back on. Turned around and took it back. Now they want receipts for oil changes, I do basic maintenance myself and kept the purchase records and kept records in the owners manual. They sold us a car an in less than 3 months and 1k miles it needs a new engine. They are impossible to contact about this. They are screwing over a young female minority and are perfectly fine with it! They gladly sell you a warranty that does nothing. go anywhere else but here. On 12/20/24, I purchased a 1 year old vehicle here. Transaction was pretty straightforward. It did take a little bit of time in the dealership, but I was pretty satisfied with this vehicle and transaction. Cleo just tried to sell us a used Traverse not disclosing that the vehicle was in an accident ( front/back damage) Damaged used cars bought at auction are what they are selling. My experience with this dealership and the management is terrible. I have not owned the car for 30 days and they have not fixed the problem with the car. I have called over 4 times and even spoken with the general manager who is also part of of the problem. I am in the process of filing a a complaint with better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I am also investigating the Carfax report that was given on the vehicle as well. Totally disappointed and and skeptical of this dealership and the people who own it and manage it.

We were perfectly okay with that and thought we were getting a good deal. We also made sure to get no extra warranties or packages and stated we did not want anything extra. They ended up charging us $3,000 above the msrp price and over $1000 for two packages we were told came with the vehicle and wouldn’t cost us extra. He even came in on his day off when I needed to pick up the car! Overall it was a great experience. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my car they gave it to me with an empty tank of gas; I had to fill up on the drive home to make it back.
